In an emergency situation, when you have lost power and you are losing valuable time and possibly money, you can contact Constant Power Services. To ensure we can repair your UPS as quickly as possible, please provide the serial number of the UPS, a description of the fault, an address and the location of the UPS. Our fully trained advisers can then recommend the best course of action.
If you are under a service contract which has a call out feature included, a service technician will be with you within 4 hours (when purchasing the Ultimate service package). If you do not have a service contract, it is not a problem as we can give you a price and a time for your repair when you call.
